Andrew Wills
Founder and Creative Director

Andrew has over 25 years of corporate design experience. Prior to establishing Wills Brand Design in 2006, Andrew was a Design Director for several years with Enterprise IG (now Superunion), the world’s largest brand design firm. Working closely with clients, his strategic approach considers all client’s stakeholders, identifies ownable and deliverable positioning opportunities, and how those strategic messages are then best communicated across all media channels. Andrew’s skills span the full branding gamut, from strategic positioning to technical delivery.

Rowena Wills
Client & Creative Services Director

After managing key corporate clients and account service teams as a senior account director for several years, Rowena made the leap into successful client-side brand marketing engagements (EY, IAG, Westpac). Rowena joined Wills Brand Design in 2010 and has helped facilitate its growth and capacity as a well organised, client-service focussed and strategic brand design company.
Role: Account direction, brand strategy, digital marketing, naming, trademark assistance, creative resource and supplier management, general/financial management

Senior Designer

Prior to joining us, Jacqui worked with clients Yahoo7 and LinkedIn. A passionate problem solver, her skills range from branding, packaging, to corporate design. Jacqui’s focus has widened to encompass motion graphics and video production over the last few years as Wills has expanded our offering into video storytelling for our clients.

Sabina’s training and professional experience bridges both client liaison and design. With experience in not-for-profit branding, including her work for the charity, Ruff Sleepers, and a background in property marketing, she is a good fit for our client base and expanding studio. Sabina speaks German fluently and completed one year of her graphic design degree in Berlin.
