This animated PowerPoint presentation was produced for Coal Mines Insurance, to help their internal claims team to better understand and empathise with the emotion and stress that a miner experiences during the insurance claim process. The presentation was used in Q&A workshops and controlled by the instructor, to run throughout their spoken presentation. Wills combined supplied mining photographs with stock imagery and voice over, to create a cohesive, visually impactful presentation.
